In response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the 94 calls to action, we would like to acknowledge the land that WE Unite was founded on.  We respectfully recognize the traditional land of the Haudenosaunee and Anishnaabeg people.  The Anishnaabeg include the Ojibwe/Chippewa, Odawa and Pottawatomi nations, collectively known as the Three Fires Confederacy.  This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties, Lake Simcoe Treaty 16 and the J.Collins land purchase.

The WE Unite team is dedicated to educating ourselves on the experiences of First Nations, Inuit and Metis people in Canada.  As a not-for-profit organization, we are committed to fostering an equitable and supportive environment for all.
