Memorial Service – Volunteers

Thank you for volunteering to help with our food services team on April 28th!

The event will be held at The Heights Ski Club on Horseshoe Valley Road.

Food donations will be received on site beginning at 10:00am.

Volunteer Arrival – All food service volunteers should arrive between 11-11:30am.

Doors open at 1pm to the public at which time all WE volunteers must be in their t-shirts and all food stations must be prepared.

The sit-down service will be held at 2pm.  At this time, if you are not a guest of the service, all WE volunteers will be in an employee area (tbd).

At 3pm, the reception will re-commence.

Take-down and clean up is estimated to take approximately 1 hour from the service end time.  WE know you will be tired, but many hands make light work!

WE are grateful for you!  See you Sunday.
