Make One to Give. Make One to Keep.
Bring the family and spend an afternoon creating, connecting and giving back at Light the Way: A WE Unite Family Day.
Drop in anytime between 12:30 and 3:00 PM to help prepare Light the Way lanterns that will be delivered to families in our community on Christmas Eve, and every family goes home with a light of their own. Please let us know you’re coming so we have enough supplies and hot chocolate for everyone.
Along with lantern making, families can enjoy crafts and colouring, hot chocolate and time together, all while helping brighten the season for someone else.
Create. Connect. Give Back.
This is a free, all-ages community event designed to give kids and families a simple, hands-on way to experience the joy of giving back.
High school students can also earn volunteer hours by helping with the event.
Registration is required — then, get creative and help us Light the Way!
